Contact — Tucan Bit

Media requests

  • For press, data requests, or syndication reach out to [email protected] with "press" in the subject. We can share the methodology and raw scoring sheets under a short attribution line.

How to reach us

  • Email is the fastest channel: [email protected]. For urgent corrections (a bonus term we have wrong, a broken link, an outdated screenshot) mark the subject line "correction" and we will push it to the top of the queue.

What we cannot help with

  • We cannot open a complaint on your behalf, release a locked account, or chase a withdrawal — those go through Tucan Bit support directly. We also do not share private contact details for the operator's staff: all official channels are listed on the brand site.

Form

  • If you prefer not to use mail, send the same information to [email protected] as free text: your name, the page the question refers to, and what you'd like us to check or change.

Response time

  • We reply inside two working days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and public holidays extend that by one to two days. If you have heard nothing after a week, resend — one message in roughly a hundred lands in a spam folder.

We prefer written communication over phone — a written record protects both sides and lets us attach a screenshot or a link. The editorial inbox at [email protected] is checked each business morning and the queue is cleared by end of day in the normal case. Replies come from a named person, not a generic address, so you know who you are talking to.

When your note is about a specific page, paste the URL into the first line of the message. That saves us a round trip asking which page and lets us open the right file immediately. If you have a screenshot of the problem, attach it as PNG under 2 MB.

What a useful correction note looks like. First line: the URL of the page you are writing about. Second line: what the page says now. Third line: what the current value is on the operator side, with a link to where you saw it. That is enough for us to open the file, confirm the change on Tucan Bit, and push the update inside the same working day.
